I, Anthony Rice Jr., innovated the Black Economic Empowerment System (BEES). Even though BEES, which is a systematic approach to Black community economic empowerment, is a new concept to most, it is something that I have been applying to my business for over 20 years. My businesses have completed many projects in multiple industries worth hundreds of thousands and millions of dollars. All these projects were financed without ever receiving a loan from a bank, and that was made possible primarily because of the concept above. It provided me with an avenue to create self-financing/"mini-economies," which is what The Black Economic Empowerment System will do for the Black community.

For people and organizations that would like to implement their own Black community economic empowerment projects becoming BEES certified would give them the knowledge base and support to do just that. The knowledge base would come from the training and the support would come from the BEES Forum. The forum is a place where other Certified Black Economic Empowerment System experts will provide feedback and answers to any questions, dilemmas, issues, etc., that relate to a BEES project which another Certified Black Economic Empowerment System expert is working on. In other words, the BEES Forum is like being a part of a virtual BEES firm.
For people that would like to become professional speakers/teachers/lecturers for the Black Economic Empowerment System concept becoming BEES certified would give them the credentials to do just that. The knowledge base would come from the training and they could continuously expand their knowledge base by becoming a part of the BEES Forum. The forum is a place where other Certified Black Economic Empowerment System speakers/teachers/lecturers will provide feedback and answers to any questions, dilemmas, issues, etc., that relate to BEES subject matter, which another Certified Black Economic Empowerment System speaker/teacher/lecturer is working on. In other words, the BEES Forum is like being a part of a virtual BEES firm.
For people that would like to consult/manage Black Economic Empowerment System projects becoming BEES certified would give them the knowledge base and support to do just that. The BEES Forum and Financial Opportunities
The forum will eventually be opened to an outside global market that will be able to post their problems, issues and/or concerns about BEES projects and subject matter, thus generating an abundant amount of opportunities for Certified Black Economic Empowerment System experts exclusively.
Here at Economic Empowerment Services, Inc., we have put a step-by-step approach together to help make implementing Black Community Economic Empowerment (BCEE) projects systematic. Our structured learning process involves 4 steps.
Step #1 is the Introduction to the Black Economic Empowerment System, aka the Beginner Level. At this level you will learn the history of BEES and be introduced to its basic elements.
Step #2 is the Theory and Approach of the Black Economic Empowerment System, aka the Intermediate Level. This is where you will learn about the core nucleus of BEES, which includes it 6 parts.
Step #3 is the Application of the Black Economic Empowerment System, aka the Advanced Level. Here you will learn the composition of BEES, how to assemble/create BEES and how to continuously improve BEES.
Step #4 is the Question and Answer Session, aka the Champion Level. At this point, before you become a Certified Black Economic Empowerment System expert, the objective is to make sure any questions or concerns you have about BEES are resolved to insure your ability to succeed on any of its projects.
After steps #1, #2 and #3, you will be given a 20 question true or false test where you will need to score at least 80% or better to move on to the next level. You will be able to take the test multiple times at no additional costs to attain a score of 80% or better.
Please note there is no test required after Step #4, and it is at this point that you will receive your Economic Empowerment Services Certified Black Economic Empowerment System Certification.
